Terms of Service

• You own everything you create using ALIE Studio.
• ALIE Studio is pay-as-you-go: you buy credits when you need them, and credits never expire. There is no monthly subscription and nothing renews automatically. Purchases are non-refundable except for genuine billing errors (see the Refund Policy).
• Use ALIE Studio for content you have the right to create. Don't use it to break laws, harass others, or generate content that violates third-party rights.
• The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee zero downtime.

These terms are between you and ALIE Studio (the operator of alie.me). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password private.
• One account per person. Do not share or resell login credentials.

• ALIE Studio is billed as one-time credit-pack purchases. Pack sizes and prices are listed on the Pricing page. Each credit unlocks one generation; credits do not expire.
• Users in India are charged in INR via Razorpay. International users are charged in USD via PayPal. Prices shown are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Nothing renews automatically — there is no subscription to cancel. When your credit balance reaches zero, buy another pack to keep using ALIE.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• You own your content. The ideas you capture and the scripts, hooks, and posts you generate belong to you. ALIE Studio claims no ownership.
• You grant ALIE Studio a limited license to store your content and run the requested generation, recall, and synthesis operations on your behalf. This license ends when you delete the content.
• Do not save content you don't have the right to save — copyrighted material you don't hold rights to, private data of other people, illegal content, etc.

You may not use ALIE Studio to:

• Generate content that is illegal where you live or where you publish.
• Harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, or defame any person.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, incite violence, or promote self-harm.
• Scrape, probe, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell raw access to the service or rebrand it as your own.

• ALIE Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
• We may take the service down for maintenance, security incidents, or upstream provider outages without notice.
• We may change or remove features at any time.

• You can cancel and delete your account at any time from account settings. Cancelling ends future renewals; deletion immediately removes your account, generations, billing history, and associated data (backups expire within 30 days).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform. Where reasonable, we will give advance notice.

ALIE Studio uses generative AI to produce scripts, hooks, and other outputs. Generated content can be wrong, biased, or hallucinated. It is assistance, not authority. You are responsible for reviewing every generated output before publishing it. Don't make legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions on the basis of AI-generated text without independent verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALIE Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms over time. If a change is material — anything that meaningfully reduces your rights or expands your obligations — we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email should be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
