Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective May 13, 2026.

The short version

  • Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
  • Full refund available within 7 days of a paid subscription start.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel an ALIE Studio subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep full access to all paid features until that date, and you are not charged for the next cycle.

To request immediate cancellation and refund (within the 7-day window), see section 2.

2. 7-day satisfaction refund

If you are not satisfied with ALIE Studio, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription start. To request a refund:

  1. Email support@alie.me from the email address registered on your account.
  2. Include the order ID / payment ID (from your confirmation email or Billing settings).
  3. State that you are requesting a refund under the 7-day policy.

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

3. After the 7-day window

After 7 days from the start of a paid subscription, payments for that billing period are not refundable. You can still cancel to prevent the next renewal — see section 1.

If you believe you were billed in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, etc.), email support@alie.me within 30 days of the charge. We investigate and resolve billing errors within 5–7 business days.

4. Free trial

The 7-day free trial requires no payment up front. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account stays active on the free tier with reduced limits — no charges occur.

If you do subscribe during or after the trial, the 7-day refund window (section 2) begins on the date of the first paid charge.

5. Failed renewal

If a subscription renewal fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we retry the payment for up to 3 business days. If the payment still fails, your account is moved to the free tier and you are emailed instructions to update your payment method.
