What we collect, and what we don't

ALIE Studio is a subscription content-creation tool. We store the ideas you dump in, the scripts and posts you generate, and the minimum account information needed to run the service. We do not sell your data, we do not run ad networks, and you can request deletion of everything at any time.

• Account information — email, a salted password hash, and your subscription status (managed by our payment processor).
• Your captures — the raw ideas, voice notes, and pasted text you save inside ALIE Studio. This is the product; without it, nothing can be generated.
• Generated content — scripts, captions, outlines, structure notes, and other written outputs ALIE Studio produces on your behalf.
• Profile preferences — your chosen niches, formats, and voice/style settings.
• Operational logs — request paths and error messages, kept for under 30 days for debugging. No request bodies are stored long-term.

• No ad pixels, no behavioral profiling, no session replay.
• No browsing history outside what you explicitly save.
• No biometric data, no facial images, no location tracking.
• No microphone or camera access unless you explicitly attach an upload.

Account information, captures, and generated content live in a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase, with row-level-security policies enforcing per-user isolation at the database layer. Backups are encrypted at rest. Our application server runs on Railway. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (India) and/or Stripe (international), and we do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our infrastructure.

Generating scripts, hooks, and other outputs requires sending the relevant parts of your input to AI model providers. The providers we use:

• DeepSeek — for text generation. Per their API terms, your content is not used to train their models. See their published privacy policy at platform.deepseek.com/privacy.

We send only what is needed for the immediate request. Nothing is sent to providers for any purpose other than generating the output you asked for.

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or run analytics pixels on our public pages.

• Export — download every capture and generated post you have created in Markdown format from your account settings.
• Correct or delete content — every capture and generated output is editable or deletable from inside the product.
• Delete account — email support@alie.me and we will wipe your account and all associated content within 7 days.

ALIE Studio is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has signed up, email support@alie.me and we will delete the account.

If we change this policy in a way that materially expands what we collect or who we share it with, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
