Shipping Policy

ALIE Studio is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely over the internet. There are no physical goods to ship. Subscriptions grant access to a web-based account dashboard.

• Free trial: access is granted instantly when you sign up and confirm your email.
• Paid subscription: access to paid features is granted instantly on successful payment, usually within a few seconds. In rare cases (slow payment confirmation), it may take up to 30 minutes.

Access is delivered through your account at alie.me. A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address after every successful payment, with the date, plan, amount, and a link to your billing history.

1. Sign in to your account and refresh the page.
2. Check the email inbox you used at signup for the confirmation email.
3. If 30 minutes have passed and access is still missing, email support@alie.me with the order ID. We resolve access issues within 1 business day.
